You will turn promising AI concepts into dependable software, setting the technical standard for evaluation, observability, and safe production operation.
What you'll do
- Own architecture and implementation of retrieval and agentic AI systems.
- Build evaluation, monitoring, and feedback loops that improve model quality over time.
- Partner with data, product, and client teams to resolve ambiguous technical problems.
- Establish engineering patterns for testing, deployment, security, and cost control.
What you bring
- 8+ years of software or ML engineering experience, including production systems.
- Deep Python experience and familiarity with modern LLM application patterns.
- Practical knowledge of vector search, data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and MLOps.
- A track record of technical leadership without relying on formal authority.
